We had the most pleasant experience today. Our sales person and sales manager were fast, efficient, and honest. I've bought many cars over the years, and today was, without a doubt, the best experience ever. I highly recommend Cadillac of South Charlotte!!!! Thank you guys!

I loved my experience at Cadillac South Charlotte. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and kind. They had our BMW for about two weeks and they made sure to keep in contact with the insurance company so that we don’t get charged for our rental (since it was a rear-end situation). Also the color match was PERFECT. Our car is a super weird grayish/blueish sparkly color (super hard to describe) and I was worried about the color match since it’s such a weird color but the car looks like nothing ever happened. His communication with me was always prompt and clear. He is very knowledgeable and patient, and thus addressed all my car issues, as well as all my concerns in a timely manner.
