Precision Tune Auto Care

I had engine oil change few days ago. They had advertised that they would do free tire rotation with paid engine oil change. Service was fast. However the person at the desk could not tell me which brand oil they used. Also he refused to do tire rotation stating that my car is only 3 years old and tires are evenly tread so there was no need for tire rotation. Basically he just brushed me off and they did not provide the service they advertised they would.

Pineville location very disappointing. If you give a quote for service, you should honor said quote. Adding 10% to the total quote in “shop fees” is dishonest, despicable and disgusting.

It Was Good Until It Wasn't I decided to wait before posting my review because at the time when everything came to a halt, my car was not back in my possession. I had a coolant leak that caused my vehicle to be parked as opposed to being operational, which led me to utilize one of my FREE tows from AAA to get the car transported and delivered to the shop. I would highly advise sitting & waiting with your car. The mechanic turnover rate at this location appears to be high. As a result it's hard to actually have a working relationship with the same mechanic. It's one thing to be loyal to the Precision Auto Tune Brand; it's another thing to be loyal to a mechanic. When you bring your car to be serviced there is no way for you as a customer to vet the mechanic actually performing the work. Just like other areas of life when you have multiple mechanics working on the same car; they tend to feel, think, & process what needs to happen differently.

SICKENINNG DISPLAY OF UNETHICAL BUSINESS BY THIS SHOP !!! I visited the shop today for just changing the oil filter cap which was broken in the previous oil change in the same shop. I felt like cheated in daylight. The owner charged me $ 221 in total for just oil filter cap which would cost just $30or $40 .The engine oil was changed last month but he did it one more time.
