To expense for service tuneup on a mower with parts supplied ($258). They didn't fix the steering wheel and had attitude when told about it. I was refund a half hour ($48) and told don't come back. They don't have to worry about me or any one i know go to them for a mower repair!

I am compelled to share my profoundly disappointing experience with Carolina Mower & Equipment in Pineville, NC. Over four separate visits, I entrusted them with my mower to address persistent engine surging issues. Each time, they diagnosed a different problem—first the filters, then the carburetor, followed by the PCVs, and finally another unspecified component. Despite spending between $1,000 and $1,500 on these so-called repairs, the original issue remains unresolved. What is particularly infuriating is their blatant lack of transparency and communication. Had an issue with my mower suddenly not starting, after lending it out. I dropped it off with them while I was on vacation. When they called me back they said that it needed a new carburetor and it's not worth fixing. Took me an hour to tear down, clean, and reassemble. Fired up first pull. I feel they basically took my deposit and didn't even look or try to fix it. The owner Brad did personally call to rectify the issue, which I've never had done before.
