Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated they rushed the job and left my lug nuts of and also didn’t put my clips back in my guard I had to go back 3 times everytime they tried to blame me like I took the lug nuts off and also said I must’ve hit a animal or something I do not recommend them at all.

Got an inspection done. It was fast. I was quoted online around $15 for it. At checkout it was $40. They said because of my tint, they added $10, not sure where the other amount is from. But the online quotes are bogus. Just fyi.

The two times I’ve been to this specific location, the speedy customer service has been top notch, the most recent visit I was in and out on my hour lunch break with more than enough time to get to get back to work in Fort Mill, SC. I haven't been to this Jiffy Lube in a long while but WOW! The renovation looks great! Lots of room, comfortable and very clean. The Staff was very attentive and so helpful! Two of my tires were missing air plug caps. No fault on them - one was lost for a while and the other crumbled apart since it was so old. Anyway they replaced them and I offered to pay for them but they didn't charge…
